* detect Microsoft Windows editions that do not support RDP
* detect screen size changes and propagate them
* per-protocol defaults configuration file
* support for setting the keyboard map to use with rdesktop/xfreerdp

Note: The Linux packages and the Windows installer have been updated,
the new Mac OS X packages should be available in the next 24 hours.
