Summary: a fix has been implemented so we can tell KDE to leave our
windows alone and to avoid dragging them and pass clicks to us.

If any distros start shipping updated versions of oxygen/kde, then I
will consider pushing a new xpra update with this fix. Until then, this
is likely to require manual compiling to get it to work..
