Hi,

This stable update fixes quite a few issues, some of them important,
though there is no urgency to update if you were not affected.
The most important issue fixed could have caused windows to not appear
where they should if you plug or unplug monitors at runtime.

* fix windows not showing when we fail to set their title
* fix workspace geometry calculations
* fix handling of null bytes in window and icon titles
* fix systray left over on connection failure (MS Windows)
* fix window flags not updated
* fix MS Windows build BAT file polluting the environment
* fix double menus on OSX
* fix rare errors on shutdown
* fix warning on _NET_WM_STRUT handling
* hide unusable encodings from menus on OSX
* increase window iconification delay to try to prevent loops
* show more helpful network error message
* improved benchmark test class
* add all known MS Windows event names to builtin list
