[winswitch] Package libwebp-xpra is not signed

Sorry about that. The repository scripts seem to have skipped signing a
few packages in the last update.
This affected all CentOS versions but not the Fedora repo.
That's now fixed, to refresh you may need to do:
yum clean all; yum update
