[winswitch] Failed install on centos7

The netifaces conflict disappeared. The install was then
missing pygtkglext.  Based on ticket #276, I assumed it
had not changed since the 7.2 package, and copied the RPM
pygtkglext-1.1.0-16.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm from the centos7.2
release.  And now xpra is successfully installed! Thanks!
