Hi,

This minor update contains a few fixes, including two regressions
introduced in the 0.16.x release: window focus and decorations
handling, everything else is mostly cosmetic.
Just like with the 0.14.34 release, we now only build the native webp
codec on Fedora.
Unless you were affected by one of those issues, there is no urgency
to update.
