[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] Xpra 2.2.2: minor fixes, with some potentially critical

Hi,

This update fixes issues that can be critical for those affected (ie:
server start failure due to xauth problems), otherwise fairly minor.

The change in authentication modules used is made to ensure things are
always consistent: the same authentication module will be used after
protocol upgrades (ie: TCP sockets upgraded to SSL or Websocket).

The MS Windows and MacOS builds contain the usual large number of
library updates. (ie: MacOS moved to the GStreamer 1.12.x series)

* re-enable webcam forwarding support with MS Windows 32-bit clients
