[winswitch] eclipse via xpra problem

This sounds like a very debilitating bug. I'm not seeing any problems
here with Fedora.
Can you please provide more details as per:
https://xpra.org/trac/wiki/ReportingBugs
And ideally file a ticket for this bug.

Try updating to the latest version.
