Are you talking about window action buttons in the title bar?
Like minimize, maximize, etc?

Can you please create a ticket and attach it there?
I am not seeing this with any of the applications I have tested with.

Do you have a specific application I can use to reproduce the problem?

All those problems are likely related to the move to GTK3, which is
really not a smooth process.
You may have better luck with the legacy "Python2" builds also found in
the download directory:
https://xpra.org/dists/windows/
