Hi,
This update to the LTS branch contains a subset of the fixes that were
included yesterday as part of the 4.0.2 release.
The only real critical issue is the same server crash in the scrolling
detection code.
Updating is recommended.

PS: the MS Windows Python2 builds are currently missing some features
because of a bug in the packaging tools.
