Hi,

There are a few fixes in this release, none of them are critical apart 
from the one affecting MS Windows Python 3 clients with OpenGL enabled 
when displaying undecorated windows.
That one was meant to be fixed in 3.0.4, but the patch was mis-applied.
There is no urgency to update if you were not affected by these bugs.
