[winswitch] 2 monitor in desktop mode

The client is windows 10 and the server is running on ubuntu 20.04. The
server is running Xvfb. I will give the beta a try.
When os presse Shift-F11 on the desktop windows it get full screen on the
current monitor even if the match almost the size of the 2 monitor.
