[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] Xpra HTML5 4.2

Hi,

This new release of the HTML5 client coincides with the xpra 4.2 release
in order to take advantage of some of the new features.

In particular:
* the connect dialog page is now more user friendly and offers lists to
choose from when this feature is available from the server
* it tells the xpra server to prefer the new fast nvjpeg encoder if present
