Hi,

It was long overdue but at last it is finally here:

The most important and noticeable changes in this release are:
* QUIC transport
* split packaging: the X11 module is now optional
* initial support for screencast / remotedesktop with Wayland sessions
* GStreamer codecs for libva hardware acceleration
* new "stream" desktop mode

Although riscv64 builds are available with this release, please be aware 
of the changes to which platforms are supported and to what extent:

Effective immediately, all previous versions are EOL and will no longer 
receive any updates.
If enough sponsors can commit to helping the project, I hope that we can 
keep this new LTS branch maintained for many years.
