[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] Xpra HTML5 5.1

Hi,

Following popular demand, this is an update to the 5.x branch, which 
happens to be the last branch of the html5 client that still supports 
older versions of the xpra server.
Nothing really stands out and there is no urgency to update if you were 
not affected by any of these issues.
