In particular: * the MS Windows builds are now split between regular builds and "Light" builds, which drastically reduces the installer's footprint. * some X11 clipboard events were being missed * the client will now use the fastest colorspace conversion available (useful for non OpenGL accelerated rendering) Note: despite shipping MacOS and MS Windows builds with the infamous backdoored version of xz-utils, and xpra supporting some builtin ssh authentication, the xpra binaries are not vulnerable to CVE-2024-3094. The changelog is quite short but there are actually a lot of significant changes in this release. The codebase has been thoroughly cleaned up, and made much more much robust and future-proof. Various static and runtime type checkers have really helped in tightening the API and found numerous bugs along the way - most of which have already landed in the LTS branch. The switch to OpenGL core profile for accelerated rendering is the one change most likely to cause regressions on some platforms / GPU / drivers / displays - as testing every combination is just impossible. Please report any issues and try `--opengl=no` if needed. For the same reason, the new GPU accelerated encoders via GStreamer might cause problems on some systems, use `--video-encoders=all,-gstreamer` if that's the case. Most builds are already available, the arm64, riscv should be available later. The status of the MacOS builds is less clear.
