[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] Xpra 6.2.1

Hi,

This minor update to the v6.2.x branch only contains a few fixes, but 
some of these bugs would have severely degraded the user experience:
* missing OpenGL acceleration on MS Windows, massively reducing the 
performance
* unreadable system trays, also causing other windows to go missing

There is no urgency to update if you were not affected by these issues.
