[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] xpra-html5 v17

Hi,

This major update to the HTML5 client was long overdue and as a result 
it contains many new features, fixes and improvements - thanks to many 
new contributions.
This v17 branch will probably end up as the new LTS branch for the 
repositories.
There is no urgency to update at this point.
