[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] xpra-html5 v18.1

Hi,

This minor update to the HTML5 client only fixes two issues that are 
worth making a new release for:
* an authentication issue
* windows not refreshing when switching tabs

There is no urgency to update if you were not affected by these issues.
