At present, no, and it is unlikely to be supported anytime soon, sorry.

The problem is that all those windows are part of the same application
and therefore share the same DISPLAY.
Xpra only supports one client at a time, so all the windows are shifted
to the same client display.
Supporting multiple concurrent clients would be the first step towards
what you would like to achieve, but even that is a long way off..
