[winswitch] Server only?

You do not need winswitch to access xpra if you're happy using the
launcher or the command line.

Those aren't strictly required by winswitch, it is an RPM packaging
issue. DEBian packages allow for soft dependencies, RPMs do not.
You can always install from source.
