Anything else I can try, I'm still getting an error with the repository?

I've verified that I added the key:
$ apt-key list
/etc/apt/trusted.gpg
......
pub   1024D/F18AD6BB 2007-04-18 [expires: 2018-05-04]
uid Antoine Martin <antoine at nagafix.co.uk>
uid [jpeg image of size 4992]
sub   2048g/6E23E963 2007-04-18 [expires: 2018-05-04]

I've updated and dist-upgraded.

I've forced a reinstall of ca-certificates and updated them:

$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates
$ sudo update-ca-certificates

still get an error:
$ sudo apt-get update
......
Err https://winswitch.org precise/main i386 Packages
  server certificate verification failed. CAfile:
/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt CRLfile: none
......
W: Failed to fetch
https://winswitch.org/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages  server
certificate verification failed. CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
CRLfile: none

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.
