[winswitch] issue with forwarding x to a lower res monitor from a virtual Xvfb

Forgot to mention that xpra is upgraded to the 0.16.0.1 beta before
the two updates were posted and tested in order to test whether
http://xpra.org/trac/ticket/976 was taken care of. Thanks!
