This update fixes a fair number of minor issues.
There is no urgency to update if you were not affected.

* fix monitor hotplugging workaround code
* fix OSX menus which should not be shown
* fix cursor lookup by name in local theme
* fix repaint when using the magic key to toggle window borders
* fix connection error when there are XSettings already present
* fix parsing of invalid display structures
* fix video region detection after resize
* fix vpx quality setting
* fix cursor crashes on Ubuntu
* don't show opengl toggle menu if opengl is not supported
* add new common X11 modes (4k, 5k, etc)
* add missing logging category for x265 (fixes warnings on start)
