Solutions:
* install xpra from an official package, which will put it in the 
correct place and look for the html5 client in "/usr/share/xpra/www".
* install xpra-html5 manually in `/usr/local`:
./setup.py install / /usr/local/share/xpra/www/
* just copy /usr/share/xpra/www to /usr/local/share/xpra/www
(or symlink it there)
