[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] xpra-html5 releases: v5.3 and v8.1

Hi,

Apart from fixing rendering with Safari in v5.3, these new releases 
contain very few fixes and none of them are important.

These releases were made primarily to ensure that every supported 
distribution had new builds available, signed with the new GPG key.
