[winswitch] Web browser based Xpra viewer

Hi Ammar,

There are Java versions of the client (AWT and Swing) which could be
delivered to a browser. But:
* this Java code is not production ready by any means
* I've never tried doing that
* you would lose many of the benefits of Xpra (mainly: seamlessness)
