[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] xpra 0.16.0 (new major release)

Thanks for the quick response Antoine.

I actually figured out that it has to do with gtk.gtk_version() reporting a version higher than the installed PyGTK - which in my case is the RPM installed from CentOS 6.

So, 0.16.1 is now in the EL6 repo? Awesome!
