[winswitch] yum repo for EL 6.9 is broken

The yum repo at http://winswitch.org/dists/CentOS/6.9/x86_64/ is broken 
missing many packages required like libvpx.  I have to use 
http://winswitch.org/dists/CentOS/6.8/x86_64/ on my 6.9 machines
