If you want to be able to use mmap transfers (ie: if you want really
fast performance connecting from localhost), then install:
python-ctypes
Otherwise it is safe to ignore, just slower.

If your keyboard mapping is ok, you can ignore this.
(eventually, I intend to get rid of this by using native code)
