[winswitch] mac french keyboard trouble

Hi,

Sorry about that, indeed there are still some problems with the mac
keyboard mappings. You can find those messages in the xpra log:
set_keycodes: no free keycodes!, cannot translate 0: set([('O', ...

I will try to resolve those in the 0.8 branch for the next major
release, I am afraid that these changes are likely to be too intrusive
for the stable branch as the key mapping code is very brittle and fixing
one configuration invariably breaks another...
