[winswitch] [ANNOUNCE] xpra 0.8.5 (important bug fix)

Hi,

This update fixes a single regression from the 0.8.x branch which caused
server crashes with transient windows under some circumstances.
Many thanks to Dmitry Smirnov for spending so much of his time
isolating this bug.

PS: there are no new Windows or OSX builds for this version because
those platforms do not run the server and are therefore unaffected.
