[winswitch] Libreoffice refuses to start after first time

Sorry for incomplete information. My OS is Fedora 33 with Libreoffice 7.0.6.

I've killed all OO processes, but I discovered that the day after I went to
the office, LibreOffice launched on the main monitor, so it never went
through xpra.
